Factory Amber Removal
One can look at this lighting modification as a Stage 1 lighting upgrade. The removal of the factory amber reflectors will clean up the headlamps by removing the amber pieces. LightWerkz also offers new chrome coated amber or super white indicator and blinker bulbs to further enhance the look of the lights since the reflectors are removed and the lights are left with the original off white colored bulbs. Custom Painted Inner Housings
This is the second stage in lighting modifications on your Subaru. By using the same method to open the headlamps up as the removal of the amber reflectors, LightWerkz also offers a wide variety of different paint styles and options. Turn around time for this service is 1-3 business days.
CCFL Angel Eye Rings
The sole distributor of custom fitted angel eyes for your Subaru! These high-quality kits come with two rings (enclosed in plastic covering for added protection and light spread, but can be removed and should be removed for proper installation on certain models) two power inverters, and all the necessary connectors. Visible even in daylight and rated at 15,000 hours, these rings surpass other rings powered by LED or halogen. They also surpass all other CCFL angel eyes on the market by being 40% brighter! They operate at temperature extremes and require very little power, perfect for splicing in with any parking light or DRL. Each kit includes power inverters for powering either 1 or 2 rings, shortage protected connections, and CCFL rings of your choice. Projector Retrofits
Projector retrofitting requires you to provide a set of lamps for us to complete the final product. Pricing includes set of headlights to be modified, not including any additional product, shipping, or surcharge fees. All conversions come featured with a full workmanship and condensation warranty. Please read our Policy section for more details.
Retrofitting allows us to convert your current head lights with better technology. This highly specialized service we offer involves installing projectors into reflector based head lights, or if the car already comes with projectors, we can replace them with ones of better quality. This allows the customer to obtain the absolute best performance available on the market with no compromises. These conversions are hand built by our team on a per order basis so you can count on the attention to detail and high levels of quality.
Projector Choices
We have already made projector choices for you, however, if you do not see your model listed, please make a choice in projector setup. If your car has a separate low and high beam bulb setup, you only need a single xenon conversion. If the car comes with a one bulb low and high beam setup, a bi-xenon conversion is your only choice, unless you decide to sacrifice your high beams.
We offer two options for single xenon conversions, the Acura TSX and the Honda S2000. All bi-xenon conversions get our signature ‘TFX’ conversion, which consists of an Infiniti FX35 projector with a TSX-R lens swap. The ‘TFX’ is available for low beam conversions as well, if it can fit properly. We can also provide the Lexus LS430, Acura TL, and Lexus RX330 projectors if desired.

Shrouds
Projector shrouds are the pieces covering the projector, exposing the lens. They cover up the projector to make the light look the light it came from the factory this way. You will only need shrouds you have a reflector based original headlight design.
Shrouds all have different dimensions, so what may fit inside one lamp, may not necessarily fit inside another. There is usually an ideal choice, basically one that covers up the projector the best, and also flows with the lamps’ design. Each of our shroud options; the E46, Ocular, and Gatling Gun, fit on each of the projectors we offer. Both the E46 and Ocular shrouds have a special durable chrome coating. The Gatling Gun shroud is more of a dull chrome, but also looks factory in it’s original condition. Please keep in mind shrouds can be painted to any desired color for an extra charge.
Modifications
Lens swaps can be performed and projectors may be tweaked to get the best results. Color modifications are included at no extra cost although the customer must request this option. We do color modifications only to the point at which the performance is not negatively affected, which can occur when it’s over done.
Add-On's
CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lighting) rings are a very popular modification these days commonly known as “Angel Eyes”. Our CCFL rings can be installed in any of our conversions for an additional charge of $75 (2 rings and 2 inverters set). They come pre-wired into your headlights in most applications, directly into the parking lights. LED Strips are also available now, if you have any ideas, please lets us know, we are curious!
Custom Painting
The final look of the conversion can be customized by painting any desired pieces such as housings, reflectors, and shrouds; any color. This is where it really comes down to preference; the color scheme will ultimately determine the look of the final product. You can make the lights look like they were a factory option, or you can have them custom painted to really set them apart from the rest of the crowd. Cost is normally $80 extra for painted housings, although price may vary depending on the details. Any OEM color match painting is $40 extra on top of the painting charge. Amber reflectors can be removed, left alone, or painted so they blend in with the rest of the light. This usually ties everything together so the lights mesh well with the car.

While we do have a short waiting list to get your order in the door, we can assure you the wait is worth it in the end, and you will be fully satisfied with your purchase! Once the lamps arrive at our location the turn around time is usually under a week. We can work with customers to get retrofits complete quicker if done on location or customers that need a rapid fast turn around time. Want to skip the waiting list altogether? It’s a $125 Priority Charge for us to complete your conversion on off hours as soon as you can send the lights in! If you have sent us a lamp we have never worked with, please realize it may take longer.
Please note that all projector retrofits require HID bulbs, HID ballasts, and a relayed wiring harness to complete the conversion if your car did not originally come with HID lighting. When you place a deposit on your projector retrofit, please order the HID kit and wiring harness at the same if you want a completely plug and play HID upgrade.
As always, retrofit customers are more then welcome to supply their own parts for conversions, and we can supply the labor.

TSX Lens Upgrade
This upgrade lets you get the color and sharpness from a retrofit by using your current projectors and for a much cheaper price and quicker turn around. Although not as good as a complete retrofit, it certainly cleans up the beam pattern on the stock projector setup by removing the fresnel lens found on the MY06-07 Impreza. A TSX lens in implanted and washers are used for the correct focal point to achieve the sharpest and most colorful cutoff pattern possible. Turn around time for this service is 1-2 business days.
Plug & Play Wiring Harnesses
These harnesses will allow the user to safely wire up their Xenon/Halogen lighting and horn systems by running power directly from the battery through a relayed harness that will be triggered by a factory connector. This way you can assure the stock wiring system is not overloaded; which can cause long-term issues such as wires melting or even catching on fire. Using relays eliminates the need to power up your lighting system using the already insufficiently thin stock wiring. The output from your lighting system may be compromised if you do not use a relayed wiring harness since so may experience significant voltage drop by directly taking power from the stock wiring. Using relays and our thicker gauge wiring provides the right amount of current carrying capacity to bring your system up to full performance in a safe way.
Harnesses listed by standard size are generic DIGITAL HID harnesses. They all come with 9006 power plugs, which plug directly into the DIGITAL HID ballasts. Our relay harnesses will work on any positive or negative 12v wired system. These harnesses feature factory sealed relays that will not leak and fail like other relays: The Bi-Xenon wiring harnesses feature factory sealed micro-controlled relays that will work for any dual beam type system H4/9003, H13/9008, 9004 or 9007 no matter how the stock system functions. We have harnesses for all applications!

Custom Harness Specs
Relays - We use high quality Tyco (formerly Bosch) relays for our custom made harnesses.
Relay Sockets - Many harness makers skip this step, but this step makes replacing a relay a snap, in case for whatever reason the relays do fail.
Waterproof ATO Fuse Holders - Used in case of a short. Systems use main fuses before the relay. You also have the option of adding a fuse before each of the ballasts, although we feel this is unnecessary.
Direct plug into stock wiring - Absolutely no modifications to the car needed besides in some applications the addition of a quick disconnect which is supplied in the kit. We can either leave the ends bare for you to crimp or solder whatever you need "Flying Lead", terminate the ends with Crimped on Quick Disconnects, or you can send me the appropriate connectors for your ballasts and bi-xenon solenoids or High Beam bulbs and we will solder them on.
Split Loomed - For the OEM look and to protect the wiring. All connections are soldered and heat shrunk wherever possible. Soldering gives a very strong airtight joint. We use quality Adhesive Lined heat shrink.
Quality 14 Gauge Wiring - Good for 32amps. A pair of ballasts can draw 15amps or so at startup. They then draw about 6amps to run. A pair of 55W Halogen bulbs draws about 10amps.
Custom Length - The custom harnesses are made on a per order basis; we can make it whatever length you need so that you have enough to reach where needed and to hide the wiring out of the way, but not too much to have a huge roll of it in a corner. Our kits are designed to fit original stock headlamp sockets without modification, making installation a simple plug and play process. Often times installation can be done individually in a matter of minutes. But a professional installer is always recommended for performance and safety reasons.
