By accessing LightWerkz, you hereby agree to be bound by terms and conditions linked to this site and accept all disclaimers and limitations of liability expressed therein. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations, you should not access this website. Use of products sold by LightWerkz is at the consumer's own risk. Proper installation and proper use of all products must be followed for optimal safety and performance. LightWerkz does not accept responsibility for improper use, alterations, and installation of any products purchased from us. All products sold and manufactured by LightWerkz are for off-road use only.

LightWerkz does not take any responsibility for determining the correct applications, application specifics, possible required add-ons, and possible restrictions of the use of our products. While we do not take any responsibility, we will gladly assist in every way possible to determine the correct products for your desired application.

Order Processing

All orders are subject to a 1-3 day processing period. If you have a certain deadline to meet or want to make sure the order ships at a certain time, please let us know in advance. Orders that are in stock typically ship the next business day. Some items may not be in stock and may require additional time. If you are uncertain about a product's features, specifications, stock status or warranty, please ask!

Returns

Any returned products are subject to inspection before refunds are approved. Returns are expected only if there is an error in shipping or the incorrect product was delivered due to an error on our end. All returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Services are not returnable, or refundable. Once a product is opened and/or used, it's only covered by its warranty.

Shipping

All lights are shipped through UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. This way you can track your package, have a guaranteed delivery date, and have the total amount protected by insurance. Products such as HID kits, angel eyes, and wiring harness ship through the US Postal Service via 2-3 Day Priority Mail. All international orders will ship through US Postal Service and will require additional postage. All orders are given a tracking number once the order has shipped. All orders are automatically insured through the carrier and included within the total shipping costs. Should your package arrive in damaged or unsatisfactory condition a claim will need to be processed through the shipping carrier. We take absolutely no responsibility of the package once it leaves our location, hence the reason why we automatically insure each package to protect all parties.

Payments

All payments are completed through Google Checkout unless otherwise requested. We also accept Paypal & money orders; cash is a payment choice if on location. Sorry, but we do not take payments through the phone at this current time.

Warranty

Lifetime Warranty Products & Services - Specifics of coverage are as follows:

Ballasts

Coverage of the product against any manufacturing defects or changes in operating condition rendering product incapable of performing its functions as intended. Coverage is limited to defects not caused by abuse, miss-use, acts of nature, accidents, use outside of unit specifications, use of product on non-conforming vehicle/system or use of the product other than intended. Vehicle related issues arising from connectivity or supply power issues resulting in engagement of product shutdown or other safety features are not covered as manufacturing defect.

Bulbs

Coverage of the product against any manufacturing defects or changes in operating condition rendering product incapable of performing its functions as intended. Coverage is limited to defects not caused by abuse, miss-use, acts of nature, accidents, use outside of unit specifications, use of product on non-conforming vehicle/system or use of the product other than intended. Color variances between bulbs paired together in kits at anytime are covered under warranty. Bulbs naturally diminish and change color very slowly with use as occurs by natural process, therefore uniform changes in intensity and color over time are not covered under warranty.

Other Materials

Any materials used for packaging and/or shipping are not covered under any warranty, including cases, foam padding, covers, etc. Items in print, publications, flyers, coupons, endorsements, etc. are not covered under warranty. Items of installation such as screws and bolts are covered, plastic fasteners other than nylon ties are covered under warranty. Bulb adapters are covered under warranty except for breakage occurring during installation unless directly related to manufacturing defect only. Wiring is covered under warranty with exception to any modifications made before or after sale.

Projector Retrofit Craftsmanship Warranty

Rest assured that if you ever were to have an issue with a service we performed for you, it's fully covered! Each projector conversion we offer includes a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty which covers any defects related to the services performed by LightWerkz. The customer is required to pay for any shipping charges related to warranty repair work, and we take care of the rest.

Since there are inconsistencies and slight variances within all headlight components & mounting points, we cannot guarantee the projectors to be perfectly aligned during conversions; however the possible services to correct the issue are fully covered under our Craftsmanship Warranty. We use a laser guided alignment system to help us perfect the alignment, so chances for any errors are extremely slim; but possible. We are stating this just as a warning, and not intended to worry anyone. We stand behind the work we do and will do what it takes to make all parties satisfied in the end.

Condensation Warranty

While we cannot guarantee that condensation will not occur, our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty does cover this type of problem. If condensation occurs, we ask the customer to ship the lamps back to us so we can reseal them. Any related shipping costs will be charged to the customer. If you have a set of lamps that are known to have condensation issues, or just want to play it safe, have us add more OEM Butyl sealer at an extra cost of $25 while the lamps are opened.

*Aftermarket headlights are excluded from any type of warranty unless they have been  provided by us as a complete retrofit package. Should the lights need to be serviced, there may be an additional charge for labor due to quality and inconsistency issues.
