I purchased a 2011 F150 several months ago. I knew before buying the truck that an HID retrofit was going to be a must because even though these trucks have huge reflector halogen lights...the output on them is marginal at best. I toyed with the idea of doing the project myself. I had done a retrofit on a 2002 Silverado with TSX low beams, and it took about 6 months (I ruined 2 sets of housings and kept having to start over). In the end, the result was awesome. This time though, I wanted it done by the professionals, and I wanted it done ASAP! I had heard of Lightwerkz from the HidPlanet forums. So naturally I sent an inquiry email. I spoke with Caesar and we laid out all the details.

At first I was nervous because Lightwerkz had never done a 2009-2011 style F150 headlight. But Caesar assured me not to be nervous and that he would get the job done. So I pulled the trigger and we got the paper work moving. I bought a set of 2010 F150 lights for cheap, and sent them out to Caesar. They started working on them right away and sent me progress pictures. I heard from Caesar every day and he was always timely in his emails. I probably wasnt the easiest customer to work with but he knows how to make sure a customer is satisfied.

I received the headlights about a week later (it took a bit longer because of the 4th of July holiday weekend) but that was not a problem. The lights came packaged very nicely and plastic wrapped for added protection in transport. Along with plastic peanuts. I installed the lights asap and installed my Lightwerkz ballasts and harness. Everything worked on the first try. Slight adjustments had to be made by the aimers on the housings, but it was not a major issue. Caesar was right there helping me along the whole time.

A++++ Service. A++++ Craftsmanship. For the price you pay you get a OEM quality retrofit and will last. I will most likely use Lightwerkz again in the future if I buy another car with non-oem hid lights.

Just got back my damaged lights yesterday that I sent to them to be repaired. What can I say, very professional. Caesar analyzed the issue and repaired in a swift turn around time. He even informed me of other issues with my lights and immediately offered a solution which made my lights even better than before. Do not settle for any other place, this is the real deal. I plan to come back in the future for any service for any other car I want to be worked on.

I went to Lightwerkz with already high expectations, and somehow they managed to exceed those. Caesar and his team are some of the most professional, dedicated, and talented individuals. They went above and beyond to make sure that my retrofit came out just how I wanted it and that any adjustments that needed to be made were explained. I have zero regrets about sending my lights to them and will refer anyone who needs lighting upgrades to these guys!

I figured this would be like any other HID kit or like the ebay kits. I was dead wrong. You definitely get what you pay for and it was worth every penny. Just had my 07 WRX headlights retrofitted with RX330 projectors. WOW!!! these things are awesome. Turn around time was fantastic. From Canada to his door and back was only 2 weeks. Thats super fast cause customs always holds my parts. The quality of work was OEM quality or even better and the relay harness was really easy to install. I would recommend Caesar to everyone I know that is in need of a HID retrofit.

After getting the run around for over a month from another Retro company, I contacted Caesar to see what he could do. I had a Retro that broke and needed them repaired for a car show urgently.Caesar was courteous, and prompt, having my lights literally repaired in a weekend. He also kept me abreast of the status of my retros and what was needed to be done. When i got them back, the lights were fixed in a like new condition with the problem solved. I Will be using lightwerkz for my light needs from now on and highly recommend! Thanks again guys!

I recently purchased an H11 HID kit for my X5. I had gone a different route with a "cheaper" company prior to Lightwerkz and suffice to say I was extremely disappointed. Caesar was nothing but helpful and got my light kit out to me in just a few days. Unfortunately, I had a ballast go bad. I contacted Caesar and he asked me a few questions to make sure that I had tryed everything to verify the problem. He agreed that the ballast was bad and had a replacement on the way the same day. These guys define professionalism and I really appreciate a quality product. Keep up the good work!
