Stuart sent over a brand new set of OEM Replica headlights for his 2002 Honda CR-V to have retrofitted. He chose the Mini H1 Bixenon conversion package with the Gatling Gun V1 Shrouds and a 5000k HID system. We installed the new xB LED angel eyes behind the shrouds for a unique look. Ean requested a high performance bixenon projector conversion on his 2003 Ford Ranger. The new Morimoto FXR 3.0 fit the housings nicely, along with the Extended E46 shroud. The housings were painted jet black with a gloss clear coat. The turn signals, which are not pictured, were also painted this color. These headlights are being powered by OEM Osram CBI bulbs, OEM Denso ballasts, and a plug and play wiring harness. Please let us know if you have any questions!
Unsatisfied with his plug and play setup on the new Impreza, Charles had a set of brand new housings drop shipped from a Subaru dealership. He chose the Stage 2 RX330/TSX-R combo for the low beam, and the Morimoto H1 Bixenon system for the high beam. A set of 90mm rings were mounted on the high beam projector, and 100mm for the low beam. The housings were left unpainted on this conversion to retain an OEM look. Additional koito sealant was added to prevent condensation. This system is wired to have all 4 low beams at once, and whenever the high beam is activated the Morimoto H1 Bixenon switches to high beam mode. If you have any questions, please let us know!

EJ brought his 2006 Yamaha R1 over for some custom light modifications. He provided 2 Morimoto 35w H7 Kits, one for the high beam and one for the low beam. He also provided 4 red angel eye rings to be mounted inside the headlights; one pair on the projectors and the other on the reflectors. Red LED pods were mounted all around the bike for a unique look. The angel eye rings and LED’s were wired to a custom switch mounted on the left side of the motorcycle. Frank sent over a set of OEM JDM Evo Headlights for a proper LHD HID projector conversion. Originally Frank requested the Honda S2000 Projectors, but due to fitment issues, we ended up with the Acura TSX Projectors with the TSX-R Lenses for maximum performance. The shields were painted turquoise to match the factory look. E46 Shrouds were mounted behind the housing to fill in some of the gap left due to the smaller lens size of the TSX projectors vs. the originals. 90mm angel eyes were mounted on the low beams and 100mm were mounted on the high beam portion of the housings. The factory glare shield over the fog lights was removed as requested. Additional koito sealant was added for protection since the lamps had previous signs of condensation. Casey dropped his E36 BMW M3 off with us last week and we just wrapped up the conversion. These OEM ZKW headlights were retrofitted with the OEM FX45 Bixenon Projectors, E55 Shrouds, OEM Philips 85122+ D2S Bulbs, and OEM Denso Ballasts.
