James sent over a brand new set of Honda CR-V headlights for a proper HID projector conversion. He supplied us with the Morimoto FXR 3.0 Bixenon projectors, OEM Osram CBI D2S Bulbs, 100mm xB LED rings, Apollo shrouds, OEM Denso ballasts and a plug and play wiring harness. Baruch’s 1996 Chevy Tahoe – Morimoto H1 Bixenon Projector Conversion

Baruch requested a plug and play conversion for his 1999 Chevy Tahoe. We ordered up a set of lights for him and were able to fit in the Morimoto H1 Bixenon projectors from the rear. These housings are so narrow and shallow this was the only option for a proper conversion. We trimmed up a set of Gatling Gun v2 shrouds for these projectors/housings and they fit up really well! The rear of the housings were sprayed black to clean things up. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Lucky’s Lexus IS300 – Blacked Out Housings + LED Angel Eyes

Lucky sent over a brand new set of OEM Lexus IS300 headlights for a blacked out housing and LED angel eye conversion. The rings were provided by Flash Tech, which fit perfectly on this application. The LED’s were masked off and rings were painted semi flat black to match the housings. Additional koito butyl sealant was added for maximum protection. Please let us know if you have any questions!

Tom’s Audi A4 – FXR Bixenon Conversion

Extremely satisfied with the conversion we performed on his Toyota 4Runner, Tom decided to have us convert his wife’s 2007 Audi A4. The stock sealant was removed and replaced with the Koito butyl sealant. The housings were left in original chrome appearance. The Morimoto FXR 3.0 Bixenon projectors were retrofitted into the low beam, and the Iris projector shrouds were chosen since they fit right at home on this application. The bixenon wiring is tied into the original high beam wiring internally which gives great high beam performance due to the dual highs. The headlights are being powered by the OEM Denso ballasts and OEM Philips bulbs. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Michael’s Dodge Challenger – FXR Bixenon Conversion

We provided Michael with this plug and play conversion package for his 2009 Dodge Challenger. The headlights were retrofitted with the Stage 1 Morimoto FXR Bixenon Projector package. The housings and low beam reflectors were painted semi flat black. The Apollo shrouds were left chrome so they would pop nicely. The original sealant was removed on these aftermarket headlights and replaced with the Koito butyl rubber headlight sealant. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Guerin’s BMW E36 – OEM FX45 Bixenon Projector Conversion

Guerin sent over a brand new set of E36 AL Euro Headlights for an OEM FX45/TSX-R Lens Projector conversion. We removed the inner low beam glass cover to maximize performance. The E55-R shroud was fitted on the low beam to cover the projector and mounting hardware. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Sam’s FJ Cruiser – RHD H1 Bixenon Conversion

Sam sent over a brand new set of Toyota FJ Cruiser headlights for a Morimoto H1 Bixenon projector conversion. We used the Gatling Gun V1 Shrouds with the new Morimoto xB LED rings mounted from behind to give these headlights a unique look. The housings were left in chrome to retain a factory look. Paul’s S2000 – Quad Projector Conversion

Paul came by with his newly acquired S2000, along with a set of older gen headlights, and clear reflectors. We swapped out the headlights so he could continue driving the car while the lights were being retrofitted. Being used to the excellent performance of his retrofitted Scion headlights, he chose to go with a Morimoto H1 Bixenon projector system inside the high beam reflector. The low beam lens was replaced with a TSX-R lens for maximum performance. The shroud itself was left chrome and the high beam reflector was painted semi flat black to match the stock housing color. The amber reflectors were removed and replaced with the clear inserts. A full stage 2 lens restoration was performed in order to removed some of the hazing and oxidation found on the lenses. Joe’s 2010 Altima – H1 Bixenon Conversion

Joe had us convert his 2010 Nissan Altima with the H1 Bixenon projectors and Bullet shrouds. These shrouds fill in the reflector almost perfectly which is why they were chosen. The side amber reflector was removed. The original permanent sealant was removed and replaced with the koito butyl rubber sealant. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you!

Bill’s 2011 Kawasaki Ninja – Dual Morimoto H1 Bixenon Projector Conversion + Angel Eyes

Bill sent over his 2011 Kawasaki Ninja headlights for a proper HID projector conversion. Both the low and high beam reflectors were retrofitted with the Morimoto Mini H1 Bixenon projectors. The internals of the lights were blacked out and 90mm angel eye rings were mounted on the mini gatling gun shrouds. These lights will be wired up so that both projectors work as low and high beam function. Please let us know if you have any questions.
