The first and foremost reason you should choose LightWerkz is the quality of parts used in our conversions; and as a result, you will achieve the best performance and longevity in your lighting system. All the parts used in conversions are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), meaning there is extensive research and development behind the parts being used since they ccome out of cars we see on the road today.. In general, any OEM projector/ ballast setup will have better construction over an aftermarket setup. You ask why? The reason is because OEMs have very precise quality standards since they are being used in cars that are mass produced around the world which have to meet various different automotive performance and safety standards. Sure a set of Ebay projector lights is far less expensive, but remember you get what you pay for. Never settle for inferior substitutes.
Promptness
Ultimately, we want to provide the customer with the fastest turn around time in the business; without any extra costs. Services such as painting are sometimes turned around in 1 business day and shipped out the next, other services such as OEM HID Retrofitting will require additional time anywhere from 2-5 days depending on how familiar we are with the modifications involved. We try to respond to emails within 24 hours but due to the overwhelming amount of emails received on a daily basis, it is possible it may take longer. Please do not send follow up emails unless it has been longer then 72 hours. We do offer a Priority Service which can be used at any time for a service that is done immediately, please inquire within.
Services
We offer something for everyone, no matter what type of budget you are working with! Modifications that would make the lights more appealing would be custom colored housings and/or the removal of amber reflectors. Modifications that will actually improve the way the lights perform are called OEM Projector Retrofits, which means that OEM projectors are removed out of a particular car and retrofitted into another car for better light intensity, wider beam spread, and a nicely defined cutoff line with plenty of color. We provide a various amount of different services & products but our main focus is that the possibilities are endless. Just because you do not see something you would have hoped to see on the website, does not mean it cannot be done. We will be happy to discuss in detail the costs and our thoughts about any particular proposed project. Please send us pictures and dimensions of the light in question, this will help us determine if it's possible.

In this business, as well as many others, it's all in the details. Should there be any issues, we will fix it free of charge. Our reputation is very important to us, and we want to stand out from the rest of the retrofitters out there. All conversions are tested for 100% horizontal alignment before anything is permanently fixated. This way you can be sure you will not have misaimed projectors. Before any packages ships out of our shop, we check for any smudges, scuffs, finger prints, and even make sure the insides of the housings are dust free. After, we test the conversion to make sure the output/cutoff line is correct and fully adjustable to make sure you get the most performance out of your setup. We will never give you a final product that has not been properly tested; that's the bottom line. After all the checks are performed we make sure to package the lamps in a way so they will not be damaged in transit. We also provide value added services such as color modding, free of charge. We want you to have confidence in us, and that's why we have the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, because if for some unforeseen reason you are not happy with the final product, we will work with you to get everything resolved as soon as possible.

We have extensive knowledge in the field and can provide answers for any questions a customer will have. We have done a large variety of different conversions, so should you propose a new idea for us, we will be happy to entertain it. We want to be able to work with everyone because soon enough, LightWerkz will have a solution for every automotive lighting enthusiast. We do about 3-5 retrofits per week so we are constantly gaining knowledge in new areas and coming up with new products to offer. This first started as a hobby for us, that's where the knowledge base has been built up from. We will never accept a project that we believe will not function properly.
